Every year, we have the opportunity to make vintage wines. We choose the years that we consider to be the most balanced from an organoleptic point of view. The composition of this blend comes from a selection of the finest vintages of our different grape varieties.
These bottles are all turned by hand on traditional racks and then hand labelled.

A golden yellow robe with slight amber reflections.
A first fruity nose of small red fruits, like strawberry and cherry, followed by marzipan aromas. This aromatic complexity gives its freshness and elegance.
First impressions give youthfulness and freshness, moving towards complexity and power. Almond cake and lightly buttered pastries are also present.
This champagne is made for great vintages enthusiasts. We suggest you to drink it with a duck foie gras.
To be enjoyed at a temperature between 8 and 10 degrees.
